How do I reset my password?

On the login screen, tap Forgot Password?, enter your registered email, and follow the link we send.

Notifications aren’t working
  • Ensure notifications are enabled in iOS Settings.
  • Disable Focus/Do Not Disturb or add the app as an allowed app.
  • Confirm you’re logged in and have a stable internet connection.
